Syrus Restaurant Information Services began in 1996 as the technology arm of one of the largest Wendy’s franchise organizations in the country. We grew up dealing with the realities of complex information systems in the restaurant industry. We learned at an early stage that successful implementation of technology is about much more than just the technology.

As a result, Syrus developed its unique service-bureau business model that drives up profitability at the store level and allows executives to maintain control at the corporate level. Syrus has evolved into the leading, fully integrated back-office and above-store reporting system that increases profitability with actionable, performance-driven knowledge on a daily basis.

We’ve since taken the business model and successfully incorporated it into other major restaurant brands and categories. Our customers report operational savings of 1% to 4% or more of gross sales.
